Residential Painter


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Residential Painter to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of residential buildings to enhance their appearance and protect them from damage.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Protect surrounding areas from paint with drop cloths or tape
- Mix and match paint colors for desired shades
- Apply coats of paint, varnish, or stain using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and expectations
- Ensure timely completion of projects within specified budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Residential Painter
- Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality results
- Good communication skills to interact with clients
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and climb ladders

Salary:
$1400 per month
