Indian Executive Chef in Eldoret, Kenya



We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and preparing high-quality meals for our guests. Your main duties will include creating menus, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit for Kenya (visa sponsorship available)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
