Concierge - Hospitality Specialist (Khanpur, Pakistan)


Are you a people-oriented individual with a knack for providing top-notch customer service? We are currently seeking a Concierge - Hospitality Specialist to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan.

As our Concierge - Hospitality Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will assist them with their needs, whether it's booking reservations, arranging transportation, or suggesting local attractions and activities.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. You should also possess strong knowledge of the local area and be able to provide recommendations to enhance our guests' experience. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month. We also offer accommodation and visa sponsorship to our employees.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs)
- Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Book reservations for guests as requested
- Arrange transportation for guests when needed
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with any other tasks as needed by management
