Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality service
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month, with accommodation provided.

Location:
This position is located in Manama, Bahrain. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Experience:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
