Temporary Restaurant Manager in Manama, Bahrain


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will also be in charge of recruiting, training, and supervising staff members, maintaining inventory and budgeting, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Create work schedules and assign duties to employees
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure profitability
- Enforce health and safety regulations for employees and customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is 1200$ per month.
