Seasonal Waiter in Nakuru, Kenya

We are hiring a seasonal waiter to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking and delivering food and drink orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly to the correct table
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle payments accurately using a POS system

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

This is a seasonal job with no accommodation provided. However, we will provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for the duration of the contract.
