Job Title: Industrial Architect
Location: La Condamine, Monaco


We are seeking a talented and innovative Industrial Architect to join our team in La Condamine. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of complex industrial buildings and structures.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and structures.
- Create detailed plans, designs, and blueprints for industrial buildings.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed buildings.
- Ensure that all building designs comply with local regulations and codes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in industrial architecture to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Industrial Architect or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
