Industrial Architect

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You must have a strong understanding of building materials, structural design, and construction processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture and a degree in architecture or a related field. Accommodation will be provided for the chosen candidate. Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: La-Condamine, Monaco

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Degree in architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of building materials, structural design, and construction processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work legally in Monaco

Responsibilities:
- Designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for accuracy and feasibility
- Ensuring projects adhere to building codes, safety standards, and other regulations
- Managing project timelines and budgets effectively
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
