Office Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator in Vianden. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and appointments, and maintaining records and files. This position requires excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations
- Order office supplies as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one
Salary: 1000$
Location: Vianden, Luxembourg. Only candidates with Nepali nationality will be considered for this position. This is a part-time position without accommodation.
