Administrator Assistant - Vianden, Luxembourg
As an Administrator Assistant in our growing company, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve tasks such as managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and records, creating reports and presentations, ordering office supplies, and assisting in daily office operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with no English language requirement. Experience is preferred but not required. Accommodation and biometric passport are not provided.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Create reports and presentations
- Order office supplies
- Assist in daily office operations
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1600 per month.
