A reputable construction company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining various structures such as walls, floors, and ceilings using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. You will also be responsible for preparing and laying out building materials according to plans and specifications. The ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately is essential for this role.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Mason in the construction industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but additional training or certification in masonry techniques is preferred. You must also have strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials regularly.

Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be required to ensure that all structures are built according to specifications and meet safety standards. You must also have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to effectively use tools such as trowels, hammers, levels, and chisels.
