Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Sofia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions
- Ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Handling payments and processing transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
