Plasterboard Worker

Our construction company in Acre is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard on walls and ceilings, creating smooth and seamless surfaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, open to both Canadians and Nepali candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit walls and ceilings
- Install plasterboard using appropriate tools and techniques
- Apply tape and joint compound to seal joints between boards
- Smooth out any imperfections or uneven surfaces
- Sand, prime, and paint finished surfaces as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately
- Familiarity with various types of plasterboards and their uses
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (fluency in Nepali is an asset)
- Must have own visa/permit to work in Acre without accommodation provided by the company
