As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production for various products. This may include sanding, painting, staining, and other finishing techniques to achieve a high-quality end result. You will work with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, and plastic to ensure the product meets the desired specifications. Attention to detail and quality are essential in this role to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Sand and smooth surfaces of products using various tools and techniques
- Apply paint or stain according to product specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Make any necessary adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors about progress and any issues that may arise
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working with potentially hazardous materials

Requirements:
- Previous experience in finishing or woodworking preferred
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong time management skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month
