We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various projects. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finish surfaces for painting or coating
- Apply paint or other finishes according to specifications
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Strong understanding of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
Our company offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
