Architectural Designer

We are a leading architectural firm based in Vilnius, seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. We welcome applicants from all nationalities and offer English speaking jobs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Develop detailed design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create accurate and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Utilize SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering of design concepts
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to create visual presentations for clients
- Coordinate with project team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure timely completion of projects
