Junior Architectural Designer

We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings, creating 3D models, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have some experience in architectural design, strong technical skills, and a passion for creating innovative designs. Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Vilnius, Lithuania

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience in architectural design preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural plans and drawings
- Create 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with team members on project designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for designs
- Attend site visits as needed to assess progress on projects
