As a Teamlead in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure effective and efficient completion of projects. You will be the go-to person for any team-related issues and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your role will involve overseeing team performance, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all project deadlines are met within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team to ensure high-quality work output
- Oversee daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure project deadlines are met
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members as needed
- Delegate tasks appropriately based on team members' strengths
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement solutions
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding project updates, challenges, and successes
- Collaborate with other teams or departments as needed to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required
- Experience in the same or similar industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
