Preservation Architect

Our architectural firm in Gujrat is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation, restoration, and renovation of historic buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all preservation projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research on the history and significance of historic buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and proposals for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of historic buildings
- Oversee the restoration and renovation process, ensuring that it complies with preservation standards
- Communicate with clients throughout the project to provide updates and address any concerns or issues
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on the preservation process for record keeping purposes
- Stay current on preservation techniques, materials, and regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles and preservation techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all preservation work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location: This position is based in Gujrat but may require occasional travel to project sites or client meetings.
