Job Title: JAVA Developer


We are seeking a skilled and experienced JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Funchal. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications in JAVA
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements
- Ensure code quality through testing and debugging
- Troubleshoot issues reported by clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in JAVA development
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Work independently or in a team environment to deliver projects within given timelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a JAVA Developer
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Proficiency in JAVA programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
- Experience working with databases (SQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to relocate to Funchal
