Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand business needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Develop tools for data visualization and reporting
- Monitor performance of deployed models and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated with latest advancements in the field of machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
- Knowledge of data manipulation techniques and databases such as SQL or MongoDB
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
