Insurance Claims Adjuster - Split, Croatia


We are currently hiring for the position of Insurance Claims Adjuster in Split, Croatia. As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating and settling insurance claims related to property damage or personal injury. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and determine coverage for claims
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence to determine the cause and extent of damages
- Evaluate and negotiate settlements with claimants, policyholders, and other parties involved
- Communicate with legal counsel and provide documentation for litigation if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and decisions made
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of claims
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
