Radio Technician



We are currently hiring a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Mombasa. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining radio equipment and systems. This includes identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, conducting regular maintenance checks, and ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure radio equipment following technical specifications
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with radio systems
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on all radio equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in radio technology
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates and timelines
- Adhere to safety protocols while working with radio equipment

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of radio equipment, such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, etc.
- Familiarity with testing tools and diagnostic software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Availability to work part-time or on an urgent basis if needed

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mombasa, Kenya (open to English-speaking candidates from any nationality)
