Project Manager - Construction and Development

As a Project Manager for our construction and development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various construction projects in La-Condamine. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
- Communicate project updates and changes to relevant parties
- Manage project budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure work is being completed according to specifications
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the procurement process for necessary materials and equipment
- Lead regular meetings with project team members to discuss progress and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
