Logistics Coordinator for Malayalee Students in Sharjah


We are currently hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials for our Malayalee student community. You will work closely with suppliers, shipping companies, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials for our Malayalee student community
- Communicate with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to obtain quotes, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues
- Ensure that all shipments comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking when necessary
- Manage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods
- Keep accurate records of all shipments, including invoices and receipts
- Continuously review current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
- Familiarity with logistics software (e.g. SAP)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to shipping and transportation is preferred

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month.
