English-Speaking UX Designer in Al-Rayyan, Egypt or Philippines


We are a fast-growing tech company based in Al-Rayyan and we are urgently seeking an English-speaking UX Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs, with experience in the field of UX design.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our product and development teams to understand user needs and business goals
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and feedback
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct usability testing to validate designs and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a tech company
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working on projects for English-speaking audiences is preferred
