Executive Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Muscat
Our restaurant in Muscat is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional fine dining experiences for our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and we welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating menus that showcase innovative and elevated dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fine dining establishments, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating unique culinary experiences.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You must also have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and be able to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
We are looking for an Executive Chef who is creative, detail-oriented, and has a deep knowledge of international cuisines. You must also have experience managing food costs and inventory control to ensure profitability for the restaurant.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment. A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong organizational skills.
