CAD Draftsman

As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your role will involve interpreting sketches, specifications, and other data to produce accurate and detailed drawings for various engineering projects. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that designs meet all requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software
- Review sketches, blueprints, and other documents to understand project requirements
- Incorporate design changes as directed by engineers or project managers
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and meet required standards
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any design issues or conflicts
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all drawings
- Continuously improve processes and procedures for drafting activities

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in drafting technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAD draftsman in an engineering or construction environment
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit
- Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Nairobi (Preference for Indian nationals)

This is a full-time position. However, we also welcome part-time applications.
