Smelter Operator
A smelter operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used to extract metals from their ores. This position requires strong technical skills and physical strength, as well as the ability to work in a hot and physically demanding environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with furnaces, kilns, and other smelting equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other factors to ensure proper operation
- Adjust controls as needed to maintain optimal conditions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with smelting equipment preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot environment for extended periods of time
- Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Location: Osijek, Croatia (open to candidates of all nationalities)
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
