We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team in Moscow. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires someone with experience in leading and managing a team, as well as the ability to work independently on projects. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications according to client specifications
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal performance
- Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software functionality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team and work independently on projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
