We are hiring a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing complex machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and improve processes. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other team members to develop cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Analyze and extract relevant information from large datasets
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify business problems and develop solutions
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Continuously research and implement new machine learning techniques
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for deployed models
- Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred
- Ability to work independently on complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
