Indian Restaurant Manager in Bansko


We are a busy Indian restaurant located in the beautiful city of Bansko and we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health codes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients are consistently available
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Prepare weekly schedules for staff based on business needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a busy restaurant setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bansko, Bulgaria. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience working in international restaurants.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation; therefore, we are looking for local candidates or those who have already arranged their own accommodation in Bansko.

New graduates:
