Indian Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any complaints or concerns
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets company standards
- Enforce health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized working environment
- Manage restaurant budget and expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or improve existing dishes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian language is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to obtain a valid work visa for Bulgaria
