Administrative Assistant for English-Speaking Company in Dukhan, Egypt
We are a fast-growing English-speaking company located in Dukhan, Egypt, and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our management team and help ensure the smooth operation of our daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock items
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office expenditures and handle invoices
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and generating reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
