Job Title: IT Support Specialist - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. As part of our fast-paced and dynamic company, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring smooth operation of their computer systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for computer systems
- Install and configure software applications
- Set up new user accounts and reset passwords when needed
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
