IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong communication and customer service abilities. This role will involve providing technical support to both internal staff and external clients, so the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems both remotely and in-person
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop solutions for recurring issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware/software problems
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary

Salary: $1200 per month

City: Vilnius
