We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Online Tutor to teach Indian students in Shanghai, China. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for creating customized lesson plans and providing one-on-one instruction to students of all ages and levels. You must have a deep understanding of the Indian education system and be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of each student.

Responsibilities:
- Create personalized lesson plans based on each student's learning style and academic goals
- Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions with Indian students in Shanghai
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians
- Utilize interactive teaching methods and engaging learning materials to enhance students' understanding of subjects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and techniques in India to continuously improve teaching methods

Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of the Indian education system, curriculum, and exam patterns
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably with Indian students
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field from an accredited institution
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with online learning platforms such as Zoom or Skype

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600 USD per month for this position.

The position is located in Shanghai, China. However, due to the nature of online tutoring, you can work from anywhere as long as you have a stable internet connection.
