Indian Collector in Pula

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Indian Collector to join our team in Pula. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding payments. Your main goal will be to ensure timely and complete payments from our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors via phone, email, or mail to collect payments
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements
- Tracking and updating payment statuses in our system
- Identifying potential risks and taking appropriate actions to mitigate them
- Providing excellent customer service while collecting payments

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office

Salary: $1400 USD per month.
