We are seeking a detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and collecting payments from customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in debt collection and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and letters
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Update customer records and keep track of payment activities
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate record keeping
- Provide regular reports on collection activities to management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

This position is based in Pula, Croatia.
