Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in various subjects
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure the best learning experience for students
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Stay updated on educational trends and techniques to continuously improve teaching methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching/tutoring experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different students' needs
- Native or fluent English speaker (Portuguese fluency is a plus)
