Office Manager in Sharjah, UAE
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient functioning of all administrative tasks. This is a part-time job with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Handle payroll and HR-related tasks such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating presentations and reports for management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Experience in HR-related tasks is preferred
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
