Typesetter for Publishing Company in Moscow

We are in need of a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing company in Moscow. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images to create visually appealing and readable materials such as books, magazines, and brochures. Your attention to detail and creativity will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our publications.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized software to format text, images, and other content
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and spacing
- Proofread materials for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure the final product meets quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow (own visa required)
