We are a rapidly expanding software company based in Faisalabad and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Teamlead to join our dynamic team. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience as a Teamlead or similar role in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
