We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, creating appealing product displays, and ensuring that products are stocked and available for purchase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for purchase
- Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with sales team to identify popular products and make recommendations for future orders
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
- Assist in the development of promotional strategies to increase product sales
- Communicate with store managers to ensure proper placement of products within the store
- Keep track of product sales and adjust inventory levels accordingly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
