Senior Barista


We are seeking an experienced Senior Barista to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a passion for coffee and a strong knowledge of different brewing methods. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in a supervisory role and the ability to lead and train other baristas. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests are greeted warmly and their orders are taken accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Train new baristas on coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and company procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to ensure proper stock levels
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy cafe setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art techniques
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one
- English language proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus
