Our manufacturing company in Nakuru, Kenya is urgently hiring a skilled and experienced Foundryman to join our team. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment to produce high-quality metal castings. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for non-Kenyan applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various foundry equipment such as furnaces, sand mixers, and molding machines
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Prepare molds and cores according to specific requirements
- Pour molten metal into molds and remove finished castings
- Inspect castings for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in foundry operations preferred
- At least 3 years of experience working in a foundry environment
- Strong knowledge of casting techniques, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
