We are hiring an experienced and enthusiastic English Tutor to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group lessons to students of various ages and levels of English proficiency. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills through personalized instruction and engaging activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Previous experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation rules
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans based on student's level and learning objectives
- Conduct individual or small group lessons in person or online
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation skills, and other aspects of the English language
- Provide constructive feedback on student's progress and areas for improvement
- Help students prepare for exams or assessments if needed
- Utilize creative teaching methods to make lessons engaging and interactive

This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist with finding affordable housing options. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates. This is a great opportunity for Indian nationals looking to gain teaching experience while living in beautiful Malindi.
