Job Title: Tutor for Language Learners


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our language learning center in Malindi. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students of various ages and backgrounds. Your main responsibility will be to create lesson plans and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the individual learning needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons that are designed to help students achieve their language learning goals
- Provide personalized instruction based on each student's learning style and level
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to keep students engaged and motivated
- Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress
- Work closely with other tutors to develop effective teaching strategies
- Stay updated on language learning trends, techniques, and resources

Requirements:
- Fluency in the target language (must be a native speaker or have near-native proficiency)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a language tutor or teacher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of all ages and levels
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching languages

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Location: Malindi, Kenya (applicants must have a valid biometric passport)
