We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Multan. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and delivery for our restaurant. This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 900$, and we will provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Manage and train kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Ensure high quality, consistent food presentation and taste
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or specials to keep the menu fresh and exciting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and create efficient systems in the kitchen
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
- A passion for food and creativity to develop new dishes
