Job Title: Plumber

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your duties will include reading blueprints, identifying plumbing materials needed for each job, and ensuring that all work is in compliance with building codes and safety regulations. You may also be required to respond to emergency plumbing situations and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Read blueprints and determine the most efficient way to complete each job
- Identify necessary materials and equipment needed for each job
- Follow building codes and safety regulations while performing all tasks
- Respond to emergency plumbing situations in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Keep records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program is preferred

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
